Chad Leat: Working through the Financial Crisis

Chad Leat was instrumental in assisting Citigroup navigate and overcome many risk, regulatory, and client challenges during the financial crisis. 

In 2008, Mr. Leat completed the structured sale of $12 billion of leveraged finance assets for Citigroup and successfully helped Citigroup and numerous clients during this tumultuous and volatile period by restructuring many acquisition financings for several companies including EMI, Clear Channel Communications, First Data Corporation, TXU, Hugo Boss/Valentino, and Alltel.
